“My father has worked with Tony at One Title Conveyancing for over a decade on several properties and originally recommended him to my wife and I. We have worked with Tony on the purchasing and sale of 7 properties over the years and I have always found Tony to not only be reasonably priced, but also prompt with communication and across the details. There is a 1 star review below which Tony has replied to and provided context about the roles of banks with these transactions. In our most recent acquisition, our bank was a complete disaster and was late to submit paperwork and then ultimately submitted paperwork with errors. Thankfully, Tony was across the detail and was able to help rectify the issue. I wasn't concerned as I knew that we were in good hands. But it goes to show that it's imperative that you have all your ducks in a row regarding your bank and even then, it is worth being a pest to ensure that they have not stuffed something up.
